Casper makes a deal with Stoopo, in which he builds birdhouses for the gnome in exchange for him restoring homes he stole. Stoopo puts everyone's homes back in the wrong places, but later enlarges all the new homes Casper made and gives them to the animals and witches he displaced earlier.
