As the two warriors track them to a precarious rock bridge spanning a churning gorge, the floodwaters rise without warning, unleashing chaos on the valley below. As they settle on the mesa, they learn the local people guard a secret passage to food, and Turok teaches them to fish—until the water suddenly stirs with a monstrous elasmosaur. When Andar is swept into the depths, Turok must face the creature to save him and a young girl, then flee as the dam collapses and the floodwaters recede.
