Turok: Dinosaur Hunter #4

Dynamite's 2014 reimagining of Turok continues with issue #4, "Unleashed," and Bart Sears's cover sets an immediately gripping tone: a determined, long-haired warrior clutches a blade in the foreground while an enormous dinosaur — adorned with a crusader-cross helmet — looms ominously over him from the darkened treeline. The tension between that ancient predator decked out in medieval armor and Turok's fierce, unflinching stance captures exactly the kind of wild collision of worlds that makes this series so compelling. With Greg Pak writing and Mirko Colak on interior art, this is prehistoric adventure with serious teeth.
