From the Swedish anthology series Tung Metall Presenterar comes this 1994 edition showcasing "Mörkrets ägg" ("Egg of Darkness"), a Roxanna adventure crafted by writer Le Tendre and the remarkably versatile Régis Loisel, who handles pencils, inks, and colors throughout. The cover by Loisel is immediately arresting: Roxanna strides confidently forward in her green outfit with a blue bird perched on her shoulder, while behind her a bearded warrior raises a flute-like instrument, a cloaked figure crouches low, and a hulking shadow of a winged creature looms ominously in the darkened background.
