Tuff Ghosts Starring Spooky #8

Harvey Comics' underwater mischief is on full display in this 1963 installment of Tuff Ghosts Starring Spooky, where the little ghost with the derby hat lurks beneath the surface, having apparently just scared a hapless fisherman right out of his seat with a well-placed "BOO!" flag on the line — while a startled yellow fish looks on. It's a delightfully silly snapshot of Spooky doing what he does best, and at 12 cents it was a cheerful bargain for fans of Harvey's brand of gentle, gag-driven fun.
