Newspaper reporter 'Big Talk' Brady has no friends at the police headquarters where Norma reports to work and she is advised to stay away from him. But he happens to run into her and decides to write an article about her with her picture on page one of the newspaper. Later, when she is directing traffic at an intersection, he refuses to move until he has a chance to talk to her so she has him arrested. But despite her anger at him, she can't get him out of her mind.
