The fourteenth volume of Arleston and Mourier's beloved Dutch-language fantasy series brings "Het verhaal van Waha" — and the cover sets the tone perfectly, packing the frame with a raucous pile of grinning, sharp-toothed trolls of every shape and fur color, looming and jostling around a gleeful blond troll baby at the center. Mourier's expressive linework gives each creature its own distinct personality, from the wild-maned bruiser to the shaggy elder peering in from the back, all rendered in warm, earthy tones by colorist Claude Guth. If you've been following the Trollen van Troy series, this 2011 installment looks like a warmhearted, chaotic delight.
