Wise Old Troll relates the origin of the Troll Patrol to Little Troll: hundreds of years before, the witch Skullia transformed the little folk of the forest by tricking them into bathing in two giant kettles filled with potions (one with bat wings and one with bat hearts), creating evil trolls (Robotroll, Frankentroll, Predatroll, Trollinator, Lost Controll, and the Controller) and smaller good trolls. Meanwhile, the Troll Patrol goes to raid Skullia's castle for Petroll-eum, a fuel/food upon which the troll village depends, briefly encountering Skullia and her minions before escaping.
