In "Death Stalks the Arctic," Nelvana faces a dire threat as the Kablunets, led by the ruthless Toroff, descend upon the Arctic to plunder its fish stocks, endangering the survival of indigenous tribes. Written and illustrated by Adrian Dingle, with additional art by Hope Nicholson and Rachel Richey, and lettered by Dingle himself, this 2014 ashcan from CGA Comics captures the tension and urgency of a frozen frontier under siege. The cover, also by Dingle, sets a stark, atmospheric tone for the story.
