John Byrne and Leonard O'Grady's cover for this 2014 IDW series finale pulls no punches: a silver-costumed hero recoils in apparent horror as an ominous, swirling mass of dark void-like spheres consumes the sky around her, with a crumbling cityscape and a looming moon adding to the sense of cosmic dread. The image is vivid and unsettling in equal measure, blending Byrne's clean, expressive linework with O'Grady's smoldering palette of deep purples and fiery oranges.
