Trinity of Sin: Pandora #6
This February 2014 entry in DC's New 52 ties into the "Forever Evil" event, and Julian Totino Tedesco's cover makes an immediate impression: a massive, snarling demon crouches over a blood-soaked crimson landscape, its jagged mane and clawed limbs radiating menace, while scattered on the ground below lie what appear to be severed human remains. Part five of the eighteen-chapter "Forever Evil: Blight" crossover, this issue brings together the writing of Ray Fawkes with interior art from Francis Portela and Staz Johnson — a strong creative lineup for a series that clearly isn't pulling its punches.
