Transformers Energon #1

This collection kicks off IDW's re-presentation of the Transformers: Energon storyline, originally the Japanese anime series that followed the events of Transformers: Armada. It adapts the early episodes into comic form, focusing on the Autobots' battle against the resurrected Unicron and the threat of the Terrorcons, as Optimus Prime and his team harness the power of Energon to defend Cybertron and Earth. The volume collects the first several issues of the series, setting the stage for the larger conflict ahead.
