Megatron dominates this striking cover by David Nakayama, rendered against a blood-red sky as he roars with fist raised and his fusion cannon blazing a vivid purple beam overhead — the Decepticon insignia on his chest leaving no doubt about who's in charge. Robert Kirkman continues his run on the series with artist Ludo Lullabi and colorist Mike Spicer bringing the interior to life. If this cover is any indication, issue #31 is leaning hard into the Decepticon threat.
