A bright blue cover sets a wonderfully absurd nautical tone for this French graphic album from Milan Presse — its title, Tous les matelots n'aiment pas l'eau ("Not All Sailors Like Water"), says it all. The cover, by Lorenzo and Fabrice Colin, shows a lanky, comically panicked sailor tumbling helplessly through the air, his gangly limbs flailing as swirling, tentacle-like forms curl in from the edges. It's a delightfully irreverent introduction to what promises to be a quirky, humor-driven seafaring adventure from 2006.
