Topsy Turvy #nn

The first story, "Cookie," follows a young boy named Cookie whose luck takes a turn when his father gets his job back and Cookie becomes a hero at a dance jam session, winning the boss's daughter's affections. The second story, "Ickey & Mickey," opens with a tale about Jack the Clipper, a mad maniac whose wild cries in the night terrify the city, as young men are warned to hold onto their hats or risk losing their hair to the villain's sinister shears.
