Yogi Bear and Boo Boo launch a forest newspaper, but a simple misread headline sets off a chain of chaos when Boo Boo wrongly reports that Mel Moose and Barney Bull are close friends. The whole forest starts reacting to the rumor, turning an innocent mix-up into a full-blown woodland rumor war.

Yogi Bear and Boo Boo try to escape the constant begging by relocating to a more remote cave, only to find their old hideout taken over by a gang of uninvited crooks. With Ranger Smith on the lookout and the usual antics of Picky and Dippy adding chaos, the forest’s most notorious duo must outwit the new tenants before their next meal goes missing.

Huckleberry Hound tries his hand at being a professional tracer, but his first attempts at tracking down missing persons go nowhere—first he’s booted from a magician’s disappearing act, then from a game of hide-and-go-seek. Deflated, he settles for tracing shapes on paper, unsure if he’ll ever find his real calling.

Yogi Bear, ever the clever bear, plans his honey heist with precision—timing his move to steal from the hive when the bees are distracted by the flowers. But the bees, just as smart as he is, have turned the tables with a trap of their own.
