“Alpha Omega”

In the far future, the Lara Croft Museum prepares for its final tour as decades of legendary artifacts are set to be returned to their homelands. But as the doors close, a group of thieves infiltrates the vault—only one of them bears a startling resemblance to someone long thought gone. Written by Dan Slott and brought to life by Francis Manapul’s dynamic art, with inks by Kevin Conrad and Jay Leisten, coloring by Brian Buccellato, and lettering by Robin Spehar and Dreamer Design’s Dennis Heisler, this issue’s cover by Adam Hughes captures the mystery in striking detail.

In the far future, the Lara Croft museum conducts its final tour as all of the artifacts the Tomb Raider collected over the years are about to be returned to their original countries of origin. But when the museum closes, a small band of thieves breaks in to abscond with some of the choicest treasure. And one of the crew turns out to look awfully familiar.
