Tomahawk #7/1975
In "Fangen bak målskiven," Tomahawk finds himself captured by Renegade's men, only to discover he was once a U.S. soldier who betrayed his comrades—now used as bait in a deadly game. Trapped in a trap designed to make his former Rangers kill him, he’s saved at the last moment by Stovepipe, who uncovers the deception and chooses to stay on the frontier as a Ranger.
In a quiet town, an elder auctions off three splintered arrows said to have been used by Robin Hood to defeat the Sheriff—only for Prince John to demand the tale, insisting Robin Hood is dead. Flashbacks reveal daring feats: a hidden dam unleashed a flood on enemies, a chimney was sealed to trap foes, and a moat of wild boars was crossed with stealth. As the story unfolds, the elder’s true identity begins to shimmer beneath the surface—until, with a laugh, he vanishes into the trees, leaving the mystery of his past alive.
In "Ørnens slaver," Strong Bow discovers a hidden valley where Aztec forces enslave local people to construct a massive pyramid, marking their captives with an eagle emblem. Disguising himself with the same symbol, he infiltrates the camp, unites a group of slaves, and orchestrates a daring escape by smuggling them out in a basket of dirt—then triggers a landslide with precise arrows to flood the river and break the dam. With the slaves freed and regrouping, they prepare to stand against their oppressors, while the Aztecs pledge a new peace.
