This 1960 Dell issue puts Tom in a hilariously uncomfortable spotlight — literally — as Jerry and a small gray mouse companion perch atop the cat's head, wielding what appears to be a tiny hose and scissors with mischievous intent while Tom's wide green eyes register pure dread. Harvey Eisenberg's cover art captures the duo's playful menace with warmth and charm, making Tom's exasperated expression utterly irresistible. With Phil De Lara bringing the interior pages to life, MGM's beloved cat-and-mouse rivalry is in very good hands this issue.
