Tom Corbett Space Cadet #3

Tom Corbett and his fellow space cadets encounter a man known as "the Drifter," a former schoolmate named Lance Sterling who has become a transport pilot and invites them to visit him on Mars. The cadets accept and travel to Mercury, where they are guided through a tunnel by a friendly Mercurian and participate in a fire ritual before continuing their journey. The issue also includes a "Space News" section featuring educational content about meteors, Mercury, and medical advances against diseases.
