The mistress forbids Tom to sharpen his claws in the house under threat of being thrown out of the house, much to the delight of the heckling Jerry and Tuffy. Even with his front paws glued into a pair of boxing gloves, Tom still manages to be caught in the scratching-act and evicted... forcibly.
