In a clever twist of mischief, Jerry and Tuffy transform a room in Tom’s house into their own cozy hideout—only to rent it out to a dog, setting off a chain of chaos. When Tom’s attempts to reclaim the space backfire, he’s chased by an angry canine, only to discover the mice have expanded their rental business to include even more dogs.

Spike and Tyke are on a mission to chase a cat, much to Mr. Dogcatcher’s dismay — but when the dogcatcher’s truck gets stuck in a ditch, the duo help pull it out. Grateful, he lets them chase the feline through a fenced yard, where the real fun begins.
