“The All Day Sucker”

In "The All Day Sucker," Jerry and Tuffy pull a classic prank by freeing Tom’s hammock strings—only to find their joke spirals into chaos when a nearsighted laundry man mistakes the tangled cat for a bundle of clothes. With Tom now trapped in a full cycle at the laundromat, the usual chase takes a surprisingly steamy turn. Art by Massimo Fecchi, both interior and on the cover, brings the slapstick chaos to life in this 1974 Western Comics gem, a 20-cent slice of vintage mischief.

As a practical joke, Jerry and Tuffy undo Tom’s hammock strings – wrapping him up in his hammock. It’s all fun and games until a nearsighted laundry man takes the hammock-wrapped Tom instead of the bag of laundry he was supposed to pick up, and Tom is delivered to the laundromat where he gets the works.
