Donning different disguises, Tom has been scamming the best restaurants in town by ordering an expensive meal and, after desert, putting Tuffy on his plate, or in his teapot, to get the meal for free. It works until Tom hits the same place a second time, and the waiter recognizes the mouse (perhaps by his telltale diaper?).
