Tippy Teen #3

Tippy Teen attempts to finish her math homework by watching television commercials, but is interrupted when the housemaid nearly collides with her while chasing after Tippy to catch the third act of a show. Later, Tippy surprises a young boy with a shrieker toy, which delights him. Subsequently, Tippy and her friend encounter a man with a flat tire and decide to help him change it, convincing him to let them assist despite his initial reluctance, ultimately winning his gratitude for their aid.
