Basil the King of Cats decides to earn his driver's license the honest way—by going incognito to the Vehicle Bureau and taking the test like any ordinary citizen. What follows is a comedic nightmare as a disgruntled examiner named Harry, still angry from a card game with his coworkers, puts our royal feline through an increasingly absurd licensing process. By the time Basil actually gets behind the wheel for his driving test, the results are catastrophic enough to land Harry in the hospital.
