Tip Top Comics #69 is an anthology featuring multiple comic strips and features. The visible stories include an Iron Vic boxing sequence in which McGaw faces off against Vic in the ring, taking a stinging hook to the jaw before Vic delivers an uppercut that sends McGaw tumbling through the ropes and upside down; a Fritzi Ritz strip by Ernie Bushmiller in which Fritzi shows off an array of extravagant hats to a friend, each one increasingly outlandish; and a racing story featuring a broken cliff-link as a clue, with the protagonist watching a red race car numbered twelve compete in a high-speed race that ends in a dramatic crash. The issue promises "smash hits of action, fun and adventure" from The Captain and the Kids, Li'l Abner, The Triple Terror, Iron Vic, Fritzi Ritz, Nancy, Tailspin Tommy, Jim Hardy, Mirror Man, Looy Dot Dope, and other features.
