Tip Top Comics #108

Tip Top Comics #108 is an anthology featuring multiple strips. "The Captain and the Kids" shows the boys playing hooky in a hot-air balloon, causing chaos with honking sounds and various mishaps including encounters with geese and a cook, before escaping in the balloon. "Fritzi Ritz" follows a woman trying to attract a man's romantic attention through perfume and seduction while dealing with landlord troubles and tenant complications.
