With help from a troupe of circus performers, Bombo stages a series of lively, over-the-top antics that expose the man’s illness as rooted in his mind. The story, drawn with energetic flair by Bernard Dibble, finds joy in the absurd, and the cover by Rudolph Dirks captures the zany spirit of the circus world.
