This is a Swedish retroutgåva (retro edition) of the classic Tintin adventure 'The Calculus Affair' (original French: 'L'Affaire Tournesol'), originally serialized in 1954-1956. In this story, Professor Calculus is kidnapped after inventing a revolutionary ultrasonic weapon, leading Tintin, Snowy, and Captain Haddock on a chase through the fictional Balkan nation of Syldavia and its rival Borduria, culminating in the fortress of Kropow Castle. The volume collects the complete adventure in the original album format with restored coloring and classic cover design, part of Cobolt Förlag's 2020s reissue series of Hergé's works.
