Alex Turk's Timo returns for a third volume of Dutch-language fun, subtitled "Vette avonturen!" — promising plenty of fat, juicy adventures ahead. The cover sets a cheerful, chaotic tone: a large white polar-bear-like character looms behind a small bear cub and an eager yellow dog, while a tiny Santa Claus figure clutches a bucket of fries, and a surprised boy peeks out from a wooden cabin window above. Turk's clean, expressive cartooning makes this 2013 collection from Strip2000 an immediately appealing pick for fans of all-ages European comics.
