Thrilling Comics #9

This issue features a complete Doc Strange action adventure in which the hero confronts spies aligned with a "Black League with Satan" who are attempting to steal British military secrets through General Washington. Strange pursues the enemy agents on horseback and becomes entangled in a larger conflict involving Redcoats, where he must warn Washington of the threat. The story culminates with Strange piloting a plane to neutralize enemy gunboats in a naval confrontation, ultimately stopping the spy ring's treacherous plot. Additional content includes a Rio Kid adventure in which the wounded hero is rescued by Apache allies who perform surgery to remove a bullet from his body and nurse him back to health.
