Thrilling Comics #23

Doc Strange battles Nazi saboteurs who are attempting to destroy an Army tank factory in the suburbs. Virginia discovers a clue about the sabotage plot, leading Doc to investigate the factory where he confronts enemy agents and their army of trained rats. After a fierce battle at the facility, Doc pursues the villains to an old mill, where he rescues a woman from a watery trap and defeats the saboteurs in a climactic confrontation involving a small cyclone.
