Three Rascals #10

This issue contains two stories. "The Wiseguy" follows three mischievous boys who encounter a man being chased by an arrow; they attempt to help but their antics complicate matters, leading them to call for Robin Hood and his Merry Men for assistance. "The Brain" shows a boy whose clever idea to use an electric train to dry dishes after his parents take a break from chores results in chaos and flooding, causing his mother to vow never to use a towel to dry dishes again. A third story depicts the Three Rascals discovering their school is closed for repairs and attempting to deliver a pizza to an ill friend, culminating in a plan to give the friend pizza pie at his house.
