Martinbrough and Serrano's cover composition is genuinely striking, using the fractured glass as a lens that makes the protagonist feel simultaneously exposed and dangerous. Robert Kirkman and Nick Spencer's crime series continues to deliver on its tagline's promise: there's nothing he can't steal, nothing he can't have — except for the life he left behind.
