Wild Bill Pecos and his partner Nuggets Nugent are ambushed by Sioux warriors while transporting ammunition meant for General Custer, and Wild Bill is captured and taken to the war camp of Crazy Horse. There, he discovers the tribes are united under Sitting Bull with plans to intercept Army supply lines—and after a daring escape with Nuggets' help, the two race to warn Custer and the Seventh Cavalry of the coming conflict.
