Part of IDW's "Titans Return" arc, this 2016 issue presents a striking close-up of a massive Cybertronian face — battle-worn, blue-eyed, and bisected by a searing bolt of white energy — looming over a scorched landscape with quiet, imposing authority. Livio Ramondelli's painted cover art gives the image a cinematic weight, the cracked metal and dramatic lighting doing a lot of heavy lifting to set a tense, large-scale mood. If you're following the Transformers saga at this point in IDW's run, this cover alone makes a compelling case to pick it up.
