The Tick: The Pseudo Edition #13
In this wild 2000 installment of The Tick: The Pseudo Edition, the absurdity reaches new heights as the Tick and Arthur dive into the sinister halls of Brenda Industries, only to be ambushed by a secret league of deadly villains. Meanwhile, Barry reappears at the Comet Club in his old gear, smugly claiming he’s solved his Tick problem—just as the entire superhero population of New York, drawn by the scent of chaos, floods the scene. With the city suddenly swamped by would-be heroes, the Tick and Arthur face a new kind of threat: being overshadowed. Written by Marc Silvia and illustrated by Mychailo Kazybrid with inks by Tak Toyoshima, the cover by Kazybrid and Toyoshima captures the madness perfectly.
