Lance begins to doubt his mission to save humanity after a brutal bar brawl with lowlife scum. Jasmine continues her quest to destroy humanity by laying waste to the city of Santa Monica. Messiah tells her she can fulfill her mission much more effectively by working with him. Disciple finally convinces Mary to join her by revealing that she is her long lost mother. Joseph is disgusted when he learns that Menicus has infected himself with the the Tao virus.
