The Spectacular Spider-Man #10
High above a trembling city skyline, Spider-Man and the White Tiger square off in an electrifying rooftop confrontation — cover pencils by George Pérez and inks by Frank Giacoia give both figures a kinetic, almost acrobatic energy that leaps right off the page. The cover's "SHOWDOWN!" banner says it all, promising a "fights to the finish" clash between two remarkably agile combatants. "Tiger in a Web!" is a fine example of Peter Parker, The Spectacular Spider-Man at its 1977 best — propulsive, street-level Marvel action with a dynamic visual punch.
