In this gripping 1958 installment from Frew Publications, the Shadow takes on a high-stakes international thriller as Jimmy Gray visits Professor Lipman—only for the peaceful visit to unravel when Leena, the professor’s daughter, is kidnapped. With the abductors demanding the professor’s expertise on atomic missiles, the Shadow must race to rescue both Leena and the scientist before they vanish across borders. Written and illustrated by Peter Chapman in a tightly drawn, no-frills style, this issue delivers suspense with a distinctly Australian flair, all captured in a stark, bold cover by Chapman himself.
