Some kids have formed their Justice League of America Fan Club, but won't let Kim Luc in because he's not an American. Superman overhears, and intervenes, telling them of how the Justice League was formed. He goes over their first case, their various headquarters, their villains, and their current membership, mentioning that several League members are not from America, including himself. The kids then let Kim Luc play too.
