The Scumbag #4

The tagline says it all — "The world's fate rests with the worst person on it" — and this Image Comics series leans into that premise with gleeful irreverence. The cover presents a towering, disheveled figure framed from below, a bourbon box tumbling from one hand and crushed beer cans littering the ground at his boots, while a smaller, bandana-wearing biker type stands framed between his legs and armed tactical soldiers close in from both sides. Rick Remender, Boschi, and Dinisio deliver a cover that's equal parts absurdist humor and genuine threat, making issue #4 a hard one to pass up.
