The tagline says it all — "The world's fate rests with the worst person on it" — and this cover from Rol and Reino drives the point home with a boot pinning down an F.B.I. "Public Enemy #1" wanted poster bearing Ernie Ray Clementine's disheveled, goggle-wearing mug. The looming figure above, weapon in hand, sets a tense, sun-baked scene that promises Ernie's luck may be running out in spectacular fashion. If you've been following this gloriously irreverent series from Remender, Boschi, and Dinisio, issue #13 looks like exactly the kind of escalation fans have come to love.
