The cover of this July 1993 issue pulls no punches — the Punisher charges forward wielding a massive rotary minigun, his skull emblem front and center, while two snarling, monstrous figures labeled "Killer B..." and "Bosephus" loom aggressively behind him in a blaze of yellows and reds. The tagline "Are Already Dead — They Just Don't Know It!!" sets an ominous, darkly confident tone that feels right at home in the War Journal. Gary Kwapisz's cover art brings real energy to the composition, and with Chuck Dixon writing and Glynis Oliver's bold coloring throughout, this one's a satisfying entry in the series.
