When they finally reach the palace, King Surobi greets Melonie with joy—and in a moment of gratitude, offers the Phantom any reward he desires. Noticing the King’s pride in “The Finest Horse of the Century,” the Phantom accepts the gift: Hero, a horse whose legend precedes him.

When a pair of overzealous dog wardens insists an elephant needs a $2 dog license, chaos ensues—leading to a wild chase, a destroyed truck, and a $2000 bill for the owner. Charlie and Cuddles find themselves tangled in the absurd bureaucracy of animal licensing, where the rules don’t quite fit the size of the problem.
