The Phantom #21
In "The Treasure of Bengali Bay," the Phantom, Diana Palmer, and Guran race against time and superstition to claim a long-lost pirate hoard, just as Cutlass [Zeeks] and his crew arrive on the scene. When Zeeks tries to scare off the native salvagers by pretending to be the ghostly Cutlass, the Phantom steps in to stop the chaos—only to find himself drawn into a dangerous alliance with the local witchdoctors.
