International terrorist Ali Gutaale is enslaving the people of Bangalla to work local diamond mines which he is using to fund his political agenda. The Phantom gets involved. At a conference to combat terrorism headed by John Walker's wife, a sniper shoots her and, as the Phantom chases him down, blows up the building.
