Itchy enlists the aid of Breathless Mahoney's mother to trap and torture B.O. Plenty into telling him where he hid the money stolen from Mrs. Mahoney. Tracy finds the money, but Itchy takes it from Tracy at gunpoint and steals a car. Junior and Tess give chase. Itchy crashes his car. Junior attacks Itchy, but Itchy clubs Junior unconscious and kidnaps Tess. Itchy releases Tess and manages to capture Tracy. He takes Tracy to the home of Mrs. B-B-Eyes, where the two of them chain Tracy to a table and begin to kill him through thirst and starvation. An emaciated Tracy barely escapes.
