The Oddly Pedestrian Life of Christopher Chaos #3

The school hallway has never looked quite so turbulent — the cover by Nick Robles depicts three teens caught in a swirling surge of wind and scattered papers amid a row of lockers, with a blue-haired figure in a yellow hoodie and a girl in a pink-striped sweater lunging forward in alarm while a third student rushes up behind them. There's a wonderful kinetic energy to Robles's composition, and Miquel Muerto's cool blue palette gives the whole scene an eerie, otherworldly charge that fits the series' title perfectly. Tate Brombal and Isaac Goodhart's third issue promises that whatever "oddly pedestrian" means for Christopher Chaos, it keeps getting stranger in the best possible way.
